Domestic Delivery (UAE)
Each Formera piece undergoes a meticulous 4–6 week journey from custom production to final quality control.

Orders are capped for delivery rates at:
- Dubai: 600 AED per order
- RAK/Fujairah: 800 AED per order
- Abu Dhabi: 900 AED per order
Scheduling: We value your time. Our team will contact you 48 hours in advance.
Preparation: To ensure a smooth delivery, please verify that the item fits your intended space and that all necessary building access or permits are secured prior to our arrival.
International Shipping (GCC)
While our standard checkout currently handles UAE deliveries, we are happy to facilitate shipping across the GCC. To ensure your furniture arrives safely and efficiently, please reach out to info@formera.shop with your order details. A sales representative will get in touch to coordinate logistics and shipping cost tailored to your location.
Duties & Assembly: While we insure all shipments against transit damage, please note that customs duties, local taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
On-site Services: Assembly services are currently exclusive to the UAE. However, for large-scale projects within the GCC, on-site assembly can be coordinated upon request for an additional fee.
Returns & Cancellations
Our Quality Guarantee: We take pride in our craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Bespoke Orders: Because our custom-made pieces are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for cancellation or return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email info@formera.shop within 14 days, including clear photos of the issue.
- Review: Our dedicated team will assess your request and respond within 48 business hours.
- Resolution: Once approved, we will coordinate a repair, a replacement, or a refund. Please note that all refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
The Formera Guarantee (2-Year Warranty)
We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our collection. To ensure your peace of mind, every Formera piece is backed by a two-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects, including:
- Integrity & Build: Coverage for structural failures and frame stability.
- Finishing & Tailoring: Protection against manufacturing defects in finishing and upholstery.
